One of the keys to financial freedom is having multiple sources of income. November is Entrepreneurship Month. There is no better time than now to seriously think about turning that passion into a paycheck or executing on that special gift or talent that you have been storing up for so many years.
You may think to yourself, “I never envision myself as a business owner nor do I desire to own a business”. Well, I’m sorry to tell you this, but if owning some type of business and creating a mindset to produce multiple sources of income has not been in your vision or a part of your plan, then you will continue to live your life from paycheck to paycheck. When your primary source of income is a job, It is time for you to create additional sources of income.
One of the wealthiest men in the United States tells us that in order to be wealthy, you must make money in your sleep and your money must be making money. That was a statement made by Warren Buffett (I may have paraphrase a little bit but you get the point )
I challenge you to seriously think about the things you love to do, the talents that are embedded within you and determine what would you do even if no one was paying you to do it. At that point you will have identified your passion, which will connect you to your purpose, which could guide you towards the path of financial freedom.
